This is the new USNSCC website. Basically if you can't find it here concerning the Sea Cadets it likely may not exist.

http://www.seacadets.org/public/
USNSCC Official Site- Good introduction for basic information concerning the Sea Cadets.
This is a direct link within the Homeport to a one-stop shopping for all your advancement training requirements and USNSCC Official Doctrine. Here you will find links to all of the correspondence courses, as well as everything you will need for advanced training opportunities.
This is the Sea Cadet Bookstore hosted on Amazon.com. Here you will find a variety of items to enhance your Sea Cadet experience, and the proceeds go back into Internet Programs for the Cadets.

Basic Military Requirements & General Navy Knowledge
The "Meat and Potatoes" of being in the military is similar whether you become a Sailor, Soldier, Airman or Marine. Your dedication and discipline will be defined by your actions. The wisdom behind those actions starts in your understanding of many of the resources listed here.

Growing up in the Navy there is one expression we all become familiar with early on, "Ask the Chief". With that in mind it stands to reason many of your questions can be answered here in The Goat Locker. From Naval tradition to funny anecdotes; this site is a good starting point to learn about what becoming "salty" is all about.

Several of our bretheren Sea Cadet Divisions have developed excellent resource pages that consolidate many of the individual BMR skills you need. Within them you will find everything from how to fold your uniform correctly to reading military time to The USMC Drill & Ceremony Manual.

When young Sailors ask about where to find resources to help them prepare for their advancement exam, this is one of the better starting places. It also may provide you an opportunity to see the range of occupations in the Navy.

"Marlinspike" or basic knot and line handling is essential in the military as well as most walks of life to some degree or another. These pages offer a pretty straightforward approach to learning this essential skill set.

Pretty cool interactive semaphore tutorial.

This is a very important piece of ceremonial tradition; the POW/MIA Missing Man Honors & Ceremony. If you have ever attended a good Navy or Marine Corps Ball you likely have seen it. If you have never seen it, or if you're planning to attend one, you should review this very moving and integral part of remembering those who sacrifice for our freedoms.

"Field Craft" Resources

The following sources of information are not part of the official USNSCC Syllabus. They will likely NOT help you get promoted faster as a Cadet. They do however serve as excellent reference materials to prepare for future field evolutions at Camp Bravo and provide insight into the skills required if you are interested in long hours, dirty, miserable, backbreaking work in which they throw you out of perfectly good air planes, SCUBA Dive, and pay you to blow stuff up. Enjoy!

http://fas.org/irp/doddir/army/ranger.pdf

The Ranger Handbook is one of the most comprehensive single volume texts on what it is required of an individual troop on the ground. If you had to use one book to teach tactics & field skills; this would be a good choice.

http://www.operationalmedicine.org/Army/Milmed/fm21_75.pdf

FM 21-75 Combat Skills of the Soldier is an excellent resource with some good graphics to grasp solid field basics.

http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/library/policy/army/fm/

This is one of the most comprehensive, public access resources I could find providing Army Field Manuals a.k.a. "FM"s. Many of the Advanced Trainings offered in the NSCC cite these FMs as their references, including the NSCC SEAL Training.

Medical Training Resources
Several of you have mentioned that you would be intrerested in learning more about the medical field. Here are several resources to help you explore the numerous opportunities in this field as well as prepare you for upcoming medical training.

The majority of military medicine reference publication are archived here. Pretty much a one stop shop for medical study material.

Another amazing index of medical knowledge, however this one is more oriented towards operational and field medicine.

If you are planning on attending USNSCC SEALs training you will definately want to mark this one. It is the US Navy Dive Manual Revision 5 and is a big part of your curiculum in regards to Diving Physics & Fundamentals and their affects on the human body.

This is a fun interactive Anatomy study site that I utilize regularly to stay fresh as well as teach young corpsman.

Physical Training Guides
There is no single  "Perfect Training Plan". Everyone's body is different and we all have differrent goals to achieve. Here are a few good training sites covering a wide range of styles and degrees of difficulty.
This is the NSCC/NLCC Physical Readiness Testing Notebook provided by USNSCC National Headquarters.
One of the single best work out programs for those interested in Special Operations or similar intensity job fields. This is not easy and will not make you "pretty" but it will work you out in ways that you likely never knew existed and is very user friendly to varying degrees of readiness.
SemperFitness is not endorsed by the USMC but it's a pretty darn good column and preparation site put together by a couple of good ol' motivated Leathernecks. It's got some funny sea stories on it too!
Navy/MWR Total Fitness Series
Details workouts used at OCS. The links to blog posts are especially helpful.
The Armstrong Workout is an excellent resource for those of you who wish to dramatically improve your pull-up scores.
